Move to Ban Forced Arbitration of Age Discrimination Claims        

As a parallel to the act signed two years ago by President Biden that ended forced arbitration of claims of sexual assault and sexual harassment, a similar piece of legislation to exempt age discrimination claims from forced arbitration is now underway in congress. Though uncertain, the prospects for passage look good, based upon precedent.
