Job Analysis
Vital Business Solutions conducts a systematic study of jobs to determine what activities and responsibilities they include, their relative importance and relationship with other jobs. The study focuses on the personal qualifications necessary for job performance as well as the conditions under which the work is performed. This analysis is conducted relating to the job itself, not individual candidates. We examine the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform the job optimally. We collect information about the job context, specifications, and performance criteria.
The result of a job analysis is an accurate job description that guides current and future employees.
