New Requirements for Construction Contractors Proposed by OFCCP

OFCCP has 3 potential changes to its requirements for federal construction contractors:

  • Reinstatement of the “Monthly Employment Utilization Report (CC547), which was discontinued in 1995. This appears to be a “mini-submission” of AAP data, due monthly.

  • Revision of the Scheduling Letter to require more data, provide more specifications about those required data, and a fair amount of additional documentation.

  • Unspecified changes to the “Construction Contract Award Form.”

Potential impact upon employers is yet to be assessed.
