RTO in Vogue

The federal government and many employers have accelerated their requirements for employees to cease remote work and return to the office. Obviously, there is push-back, but efficiency, productivity and collaboration are generally increased with the proximity of those involved. The OPM imposed a 30-day deadline for federal employees. While this did not apply to contractors, the outlook is that it will be expanded to include them as well.
