Bias Lawsuit against Workday’s AI Selection Tool

An applicant has brought suit against Workday based upon rapid-fire rejections received outside of normal working hours. The original applicant has been joined by other “opt-in” candidates who had the same experience of rapid rejections, which they believe are age-based.
