Dollar General “Devalued”?

A manager’s violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) has cost Dollar General $295,000. A regional manager “allegedly” harassed three managers who were over age 50, saying he was building a Millennial team with which they had to keep up, as part of his effort to bring more “young blood” into the organization. When that treatment was reported to higher management, he retaliated against the complainant when there was no response.
