DEI not DIE-ing Everywhere

While some employers have made headlines for backing off their DEI policies, others are keeping them in place because they find they are conducive to their business goals. The former include Wal-Mart, Tractor Supply and others; but Costco just joined those retaining DEI as a favorable business strategy. One size seldom fits all, and this is just one more case in point. Employers need to do what is best for their business – and thus for the security of their employees.
